Presented in an golden bottle with ornate embossed decorations, this tequila, which has spent more than a year on a oak barrel, is a wonderful sipping tequila for almost everybody. The agaves are baked, old fashion style in brick ovens and the juices have been extracted using traditional roller mill.
The Don Fernando Anejo is true to its age. The aroma is rich with caramel, lite oak and banana/cinnamon. Flavours come with a sweet entry of licorice and agave, followed by a medium pepper kick.
Aged for more than a year on oak barrels, the Don Fernando tequila is a pleasant companion when you just want a smooth tequila to calm the nerves and slow down time.
